what a complete disaster this place is. My family and I were there about 10am on Wed 30th June, the resturant was not that busy, perhaps 30 people, certainly not packed. We sat down and waited quite a while and eventually a lady came to serve us, we ordered, then 3 other ladies came to take our order! We waited 30 minutes and then they could not find our order! While we were waiting it was very entertaining as people were complaining left, right and centre. Peoples food was cold, others had not got what they ordered, others were also waiting! The young totally useless manageress was shouting at the staff , even slapping them! It was a complete shambles, Goodness knows what any vistors thought. The waitresses were going in the kitchen, the manageress was screaming at them to get out and going in and pushing them out, while meanwhile the resturant was grinding to a halt. Several customers went to her to complain and she said it was because they were so busy!!! How ridiculous, they weren't even half full. We left to catch our flight , hungry and VERY dissappointed, Next time rather go to the Wimpy

On Wednesday, 30th June 2010, I took a person to Primi Cape Town Airport for a breakfast before he left for Durban. Next to Primi is the Wimpy but as they were full and people waiting, we decided to go to Primi as they hadplenty of tables available.
We sat down but no servers were in sight.
My friend Robbie went to the counter and ordered 2 American Regular coffees and 2 Urban Energy Breakfasts. When the server eventually came, she had 1 breakfast and 2 coffees telling me the other one is on it's way. I let Robbie have the food and requested milk for the coffees. Eventually I went to ask for milk again. I then again went to the hatch to fetch a knife and fork - the knife was so dirty with traces of food still on it.
The coffees were taken backas it was cold. When the fresh coffees were brought, I got my food. I then went to get cutlery for me and when I got back, the food had been taken away again. When I queried this at the serving hatch, I was told that I sent it back due to the eggsbeing soft - utter nonsense. Then I received my plate and the eggs were almost green. I then said to cancel my order. My visitor had by this time finished his plate and was running out f time as he could miss his fllight. We eventually paid for 1breakfast - Table 17/1 - chk no 6039 - 3015 Monica M
All around there were oversea visitors with the same problems. There was one guy who sent his food back 4 times.
This is a poor reflection of South Africa to our visitors of Cape Town.
